Tuesday was the first day veterans who are not quarterbacks could report, if they chose to do so. However, numerous players decided to opt out of the 2020 season because of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.


Their absences could have massive repercussions around the league.


As such, those who decided not to play this season dominate B/R's first training camp roundup of the 2020 campaign.

regarding NFL & NBA players opting out (not sure I have heard of any MLB players opting out, but I don't follow baseball closely) will players contracts still be paid? I know NBA contracts are fully guaranteed.
